Coaches
The club is coached by USA Weightlifting certified club coaches with plenty of training and competition experience. Beginning and intermediate lifters get fully customized training programs as well as lifting performance critiques. Advanced lifters can brush up on their own technique as well as getting pertinent advice. The club's primary focus is to develop weightlifters interested in improving their snatch, clean-and-jerk, and lifting total. Any athlete would benefit from the performance and practice of the Olympic lifts. All sports involve acceleration (change in direction or change in speed) and optimum force production.
